Boric Acid Granular

Boric acid is often used as an antiseptic, flame retardant, neutron absorber, or precursor to other chemical compounds. It exists in the form of colorless crystals or a white powder that dissolves in water. It is stable at room temperature and is either volatized by water vapor or dragged by it without decomposing.

Boric acid is basically used in Glass industry, Enamels, Fried Enamels, Chemical by Products, Cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, Colour stabilizers, Non- Ferrous Metal Refining, Textile Industry, Fireproof products and paints.

The primary industrial use of boric acid is in the manufacture of monofilament fiberglass. It is also used in the manufacturing of ramming mass, a fine silica-containing powder used for producing induction furnace linings and ceramics.
